Terms
Last updated Oct 31, 2026
These terms cover your use of the ModelPar website and services. By using them, you agree to these terms. "We" and "us" mean ModelPar.
The services
The teardown and Comps are described on our homepage. The model and effort map and negotiation at renewal are provided under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Estimates, not guarantees
Teardowns, routing cards and benchmarks are estimates based on the data you provide and on providers' published prices at the time. Prices and models change. You decide what to change in your systems and contracts, and you are responsible for testing changes before you make them.
Your data
You keep ownership of everything you send us. You confirm you are allowed to share it with us. We handle it as described on the Privacy page.
If you contribute terms to Comps, you confirm that your agreements with your providers allow it.
Confidentiality
We keep the files and terms you send confidential and use them only to provide services to you and, if you opt in, to build Comps. A mutual NDA is available on request; if you sign one with us, it applies alongside these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, send malware or spam, or try to access data that isn't yours.
Independence
ModelPar is independent and not affiliated with any AI provider. Product and model names belong to their owners. We do not resell credits or tokens.
No warranty
The website, teardowns and benchmarks are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ModelPar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or savings. For any claim related to the website, a teardown or Comps, our total liability is limited to $100. For work under a written agreement, the liability terms in that agreement apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: [email protected].
