This page explains what ModelPar collects, why, who can see it, and how to have it deleted. "We" and "us" mean ModelPar.
What we collect
From the teardown form: your name, work email, company, the providers you use, your spend band, your renewal date if you give one, and anything you write in the notes field.
From you, if you send them: usage and cost exports, seat counts and plans, and order forms. Exports contain token counts and dollar amounts. Some include API key names, project names or user emails; you can remove those before sending.
For Comps, only if you opt in: your contract terms (provider, discount, commit, term, credits, offer date).
For the model map, only if you choose to share them: production tasks and grading criteria. If you run tasks in your own environment or replay PRs on your machine, we receive only scores, token counts and timings.
Site analytics: we use Plausible, which counts page views without cookies and without collecting personal data. We do not use advertising trackers.
What we never ask for
API keys, console access, source code, or your customers' data. The teardown does not need any of these.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your teardown and any later work you ask for, and build the anonymized Comps benchmark from terms you chose to contribute.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with AI providers. We do not use your files to train models.
Who can see it
Only the people at ModelPar working on your teardown see your files. Other customers never see your data. Comps shows contributed terms only in anonymized bands, as described below.
Comps and anonymization
Contributed terms are stored without your company name and shown only in bands. A band is never shown with fewer than 3 companies. You can withdraw your contribution at any time, and it is removed from future versions of the benchmark.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to host this site, receive form submissions, send email and store the files you send, plus Plausible for analytics. They process data only to provide those services to us, and may not use it for their own purposes. Email [email protected] for the current list.
Retention and deletion
Files you send are deleted when you ask, and automatically 90 days after we receive them. The finished report and our email with you are kept so we can answer follow-up questions, until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this page, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already sent, we tell you by email first.
